A screen that does not remove normally should not simply be forced out.

Glass cleaning and detailed cleaning of screens, tracks, frames and sills are related services, but they are not automatically identical scopes.
What If We Find Something Routine Cleaning Will Not Remove?

No.
Cleaning removes appropriate contamination from accessible glass surfaces. It does not repair scratches, reverse physical glass damage or fix a failed insulated glass unit.
